A quick WILLT post for ya:
I’ve been enjoying using the Etude House CC Cream in Glow as a Primer–it doesn’t add coverage but adds luminosity, somehow, beneath foundation. I don’t know why I take breaks from using this because I always find that my skin always behaves when I use this, especially on a regular basis. I’ve also been using the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in No. 53 Light Beige regularly now, partly because I’ve been loving how it looks and also because it’s the perfect shade for me right now (despite how it looks on the left photo! It must’ve been the weird cloudy day, but you’ll see that my face tone looks pretty similar to my shoulders on the right photo, lol).
Freshly hauled means it’ll be used up until I find that I hate it or find a newer one to play with: but for concealer, I’ve also been using a lot out of the 3CE Full Cover Concealer in 002. On my cheeks I have Tarte’s Amazonian Clay Blush in Thankful, applied with a stippling brush. I lightly ‘bronzed’ the outer periphery of my face with the Hourglass Radiant Light Powder. I messily, roughly applied the Happy Skin Eye Love View Double Duty Eyebrow Duo on my eyebrows–the felt tip lightly mimicking hair strands–then I coated it with that darn Nichido Colourless Brow Gel. I suppose I was going for an ‘unorganized brow look’, rather bushy and carefree if I may say so myself. On my eyes, I used The Balm’s Shady Lady single eyeshadow in Shameless Shana–a shade I think resembles my tank top very well. I applied it all over my lid with my ring finger, feathering the edges with an Ecotools Fluffy Blending Brush, lightly extending it for an almost-cat eye.. I also lined my lower lash line with this eyeshadow. I rimmed my lower waterline with Nyx’s Wonder Pencil in Medium.
On my lips, all I have on is the rather disappointing 3CE Lip Marker in Red, which isn’t too red as you can see, and isn’t too long wearing as well. Later on throughout the day, I applied Nars’ Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Cruella instead, which I failed to photograph. Oh well.
